Joshua Allen - MS Operations Mgr.

A proud United States Air Force veteran with over twenty years of service, Joshua Allen has always prioritized self-growth, integrity, and high-performance team dynamics. In 2021, he joined Cervus Highlands Insurance Group to help independent insurance and financial professionals better serve their clients and expand their practices.

Josh is a lifelong resident of South and Central Mississippi, where he and his wife, Sara—a dedicated educator and alumna of William Carey University and the University of Southern Mississippi—are raising their son, Joshua Jr. (“JJ”).

Deeply committed to community service, Josh actively supports veteran suicide prevention initiatives, the Mississippi Special Olympics, and local Mardi Gras events. Outside of work and volunteering, he enjoys time on the golf course.

As a seasoned leader, Josh brings his military discipline, drive, and people-first approach to the financial and insurance space. His mission is to empower agent teams to achieve sustainable growth across the region and nationwide, replicating the success of the Cervus Highlands home office.
